I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, where my parents ran a small family clinic. Growing up, I watched them care for people from all walks of life, not just treating pain, but truly listening to it. That shaped everything I’ve done since.
A Lifelong Passion for Helping People Feel Better
After earning my medical degree at the University of Washington, I spent over 18 years working in physical therapy and rehabilitation. During that time, I met thousands of patients, people dealing with constant tension, back pain, stiffness, and the frustration that comes with feeling limited by their own bodies.
No matter how different their lives were, they all shared one thing: a desire to simply feel normal again. To move without discomfort. To wake up without that dull ache that follows them through the day.
